Client profile

$47m fiberglass/composites manufacturer. Represented by a large, national broker. In the process of being “non-renewed” for property, general liability, commercial auto, umbrella, and work comp. The competitive landscape had dried due to a lack of understanding of the company’s operation.


Process

Developed a deep understanding of the insured’s operation through leadership interviews, policy reviews, and independent research. Used this information to build a comprehensive company profile that was presented to potential insurance company partners. Created FOMO among preferred insurance companies and helped them better understand the true risk profile.


Results



For the first wave of policy renewals (all lines except property), we received multiple, competitive options. The final renewal proposal represented an overall improvement in coverage and an annualized premium savings of 30% ($162,092).
