Todd earned a BAA in Finance and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida. Todd has 18 years of experience as an insurance agent with one of the world's Top-10 insurance brokers. The past 15 years have been focused on agency management, team development, client engagement and regional strategies in various markets in Florida and Michigan. As an agent, he has worked with a variety of clients with a focus on manufacturing and real estate.
Todd's other interest include, golf, construction projects, bird hunting and gardening. Todd is also very involved with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of Michigan and currently serves as the President of their board of directors.
Dillon Kirby

Dillon is a seasoned professional with a decade-long career in the insurance industry, dedicating most of his efforts over this time to simplifying complex risk solutions. Hailing from Michigan, he commenced his journey in the insurance industry after graduating from Western Michigan University in 2014.
With a comprehensive understanding of portfolio risk management, Dillon has emerged as a trusted advisor, particularly in navigating the intricacies of unique real estate portfolios. His expertise spans across various sectors, including manufactured housing, multi-family properties, and storage facilities. Through meticulous analysis and strategic foresight, Dillon has consistently delivered tailored insurance solutions that mitigate risks and safeguard the interests of his clients.
During his downtime, Dillon finds joy in activities like golfing, fishing, and mountain biking, but his favorite moments are those spent bonding with his faithful four-legged companion, Vance.
